Details
Clear Plastic Lamination
All pages are Sealed and Laminated with .010 thick ultra clear plastic. The lamination creates attractive full color glossy pictures with incredible long lasting durability. Almost indestructable, housekeeping can easily keep the pages fresh and clean... just like the first day they were put in the rooms.
Hot Over Lamination is our proprietary process that seals the plastic together approximately 1/8" beyond the paper on all sides, causing the inner paper to be hermetically sealed and protected from moisture or separation of any kind.
Caution...
Some of our competitors say they can also laminate pages. Unfortunately, their process doesn't seal the edges and un-sealed edges allow easy separation of the corners. Plus, moisture and spills are absorbed almost as easily as plain paper.
Long Life - Lower Cost
Based on a realistic 5 year life expectancy, your actual page cost will be less than $.15 per page.
We charge $.75 per page (minimum 2 pages). This includes:
* Full color digital printing
* 5 mil clear plastic hot over-lamination
* Spiral punching and binding or 3 hole punched and collated
* Any quantity including quick turnaround replacements
All our hotels keep reporting the same thing. Our books look like the day they were put in the rooms. This means you can amortise the cost of your pages over at least five years or more, making each laminated page "by far" the most cost effective method available.
Full Color Printing
All pages are printed using our full color digital printing process, allowing small quantities and quick turnaround delivery.
Spiral Binder
Our spirally bound books are attractive and durable, plus... they are the least expensive books to produce because you save the cost of the three ring binder. So if you are paying for the books yourself, this is your least expensive way to go. Don't forget... the durability makes our full color laminated books less expensive than even the cheapest black and white paper books if you factor in your added cost for replacing paper pages for five years.

Our repair kit allows easy replacement of pages, giving your books an even longer life.

If you would like to put your cascaded pages into your own three ring binder or our standard binder, we can provide your book custom sized, three hole punched, collated and ready to insert.

We stock one elegant three ring binder, debossed on the front with gold lettering "Guest Directory". It has excellent durability and will last in excess of five years.
